Is it normal that my boyfriend doesnt cum every time

So im in a relationship for a year now and its great and we are in love. But it is bothering me that when i have sex with my boyfriend he doesnt always cum, only for like less than 50% of the time. And im satisfied with our sex but i think maybe that he doesnt feel the same way. He is 18 and im too. Help please!

Why is it bad that he's not orgasming?

He's with you and loving you, isn't that enough?

As for "why" there's plenty of reasons
    - tired
    - dehydrated
    - this is normal for him
    - has to pee

Remember, sex isn't suppose to just be about the orgasm, but about loving the person you're with.

some guys are givers rather than receivers. Perhaps your boyfriend is satisfied making you feel good. At least, I know if I could make a girl feel good I wouldn't care if she returned the favor or not. Her happiness > everything else.

You should pleasure him more - like giving him blowjobs until he comes. I think that the problem is that you do not make enough effort in bed. If I'm satisfied with the sex and my boyfriend hadn't come yet I don't just lay in bed and tell him that it was great, no, I do other things until he comes!
