I'm a 19 year old virgin. My boyfriend and I still go to high school. Anyway, we've been dating for a month and we've already kissed, made-out, he's touched my boobs and we've both felt eachother's "junk" through our pants, and said i love you. Is it normal? Are we going too fast?

Doing the touchy-feely is pretty much the most normal thing in the world. Most people wouldn't have said "I love you" that early, but you've got to go at whatever pace works for you and that's fine. It's normal.
You are going too slow.
Both of you should already have had more experience with each other´s genitals and orgasms, at least some direct handjobs, fingering, oral sex and so on even if you keep your virginity for whatever reason you might have.
Having had sexual intercourse at this stage would be normal and not too fast.
Its normal, but it depends on how you feel about it. For a 19yo its normal to at least have felt eachothers junk. Unless youre religious, which means that you'll have to get married before you do anything explicit to eachother.
If you're 19 and still in high school, you obviously have some sort of learning disability, so please make sure you use birth control before you decide to take things farther. Mental defects are usually hereditary.
I do not have a learning disability. I actually have all A's in my classes. I couldn't start preschool at the normal age because I was living in a different country where women were not allowed to be educated. Soo I am a year late, and last year I stayed back because I failed gym
Yeah I'm still stuck on the 18 & in highschool. But you're teenagers whom are known to be horny bastards so you're pretty average
