The 30 years is no big deal as long as you are over 18, is he married? Why has it taken 8 years to bother you? You are the one who is allowing it. Her is obviously just using you for sex, so accept it or move on, it's pretty simple. You can threaten him, but I am sure you already have, so either move on and find a real relationship or take it for what it is.

i think he might be hiding something? look into it more and try and get him to go out more. if he looks around constantly, like a crack addict doing crack trying not to get caught by the cops, then maybe he is hiding something.
