Is it normal that my body twitches when my clit is rubbed?

Whenever my boyfriend and I have sex and he fingers me it feels good EXCEPT for when he rubs my clit! My body will start having a spasm and it doesn't feel good at all, is that normal?

    He's either rubbing too hard or you're too sensitive.
