So, a black classmate thinks it's ok to call be white boy -- and true, I don't have a problem with it -- but he get's angry when I call him black boy.
I also told him that I never before experienced racism in my home country of Yugoslavia because there are no black people there o_O
Is his demeanor normal or what the hell is his problem?
I hate how most black people think everyone's racist towards them, meanwhile they're the racist ones. Smh
I said no, but it is normal for blacks to have a double standard for racism. In case you didn't know, it's only evil white people, especially white men who can be racist. It's a fucking joke, white people buy into this bullshit as though it were real. As though being a "racist" by whatever retarded definition (or lack thereof) they feel like using. 99% of (white) people who get called racist don't have any racial feeling but accidentally said something that COULD be interpreted as racist. Blacks and other minorities have been taught to have a chip on their shoulder against white people because they have been taught that white people are always trying to hold them down, hate them, are viciously racist, etc. etc. etc. Its very messed up.
Just please don't be like so many white people who give up their balls and act like cowards when accused of not conforming to such ridiculous and obvious moral/historical fallacies.
Put him in his place. Call him "nigga" and see if he likes it. If he doesn't, knock his ass out.
That doesn't sound right, you said the same thing to him as he says to you, and he shouldn't be offended. The words "cracker" and "n*****" are different, because the N word goes back to slavery days and that's why it's offensive, but "black" and "white" shouldn't be.
Just tell him that as long as he labels you by your race you'll label him. Sounds pretty fair.
Offer him some watermelon or fried chicken in exchange for him to stop saying this.. Joking but seriously, if he calls you that say "sup nigga" if he has a problem with it just say "well calling me white boy is no different.. I can use racial slurs if you can mate"

Jus make sure you say **ggah and not **gger. One is totally hip while the other is demeaning and offensive :). But seriously I agree that most minorities feel as though everyone else is racist while every person including them is just as guilty
honestly, what many people said above is true, if there allowed to make racial remarks to us then i and everyone has the right to make them back, and yes "do not give off what you cannot take back your self" because really the world ows them nothing what happened when slaves were around happened a long time ago, and i am pretty sure that if you look back far enough in your family tree im sure there were slaves of all kinds belonging to someone, it was normal for the time. seriously they need to zip it and move on. im not racist but it make me mad to see something like this.

Tell him stop, or, start referring to him as just "boy", like the old times. I used to work in a building owned by a former heavyweight boxing champion (I won't say his name, but..it rhymes with..romes), and ran into him in the elevator several times. And, each time, I was referred to as "Whitey".
Do you think if I responded with boy, black boy, etc, it would be as equally thought of? No.. I'd be the racist, not him.
Let's drop the racist crap, can we?
