Is it normal that my bff wants to be like me?

Here's the story:

I known my best friend since we were 10 (now we're 17) we used to be just good friends when we were in jr high but now that we're going to finish high school she told me that I was her bff.

I love her 'cause she's a really good friend but I found out something that have been creeping me out: SHE IS ME!!!

I noticed that she has the same hair cut than me, same color, and same shape. She dressed up like me and she even talks like me!

I'm a positive person and I'm always writting little cute messages on twitter or facebook and now she does the same thing!

I'm an ecologist and now she came up with the idea of saving the planet and things like that (don't get me wrong, I love when people try to save the planet) but she's so annoying!

Now that we're going to graduate, I wrote on facebook that I'm going to study "International Relations" and she immediately said that she was also going to study there.

That was the drop that spilled the glass!

She's dating my ex and that didn't matter to me, but the thing that she's doing everything that I'm doing with my life it's pretty sick!

When I get mad at her I only want to tell her "get a life or something" but I know that I have to do it nicely and I don't know how :/

So, is it normal that my bff is doing everything that I do??

    Start pretending to do things you're actually not doing!!!!

    For example: "ugh I totally lost my virginity last Tuesday, fucking awesome".

    Maybe - *just maybe* - the reason that you get on so well is because you have the same interests? The reason your ex likes her is probably because she's his type, just as you were? You must think very highly of yourself if you believe she wants to be you. And even if she does, she's not doing you any harm...
