i have been dating riley for 6 mos.After about 3 mos i found out he did pot. i don't drink, or smoke, or any of that stuff. i have told him to know when to say no, and that he can talk to me if he needs to. he has never put me in a bad situation and i really like him. the pot thing i don't find to upsetting. is this normal?
Cannabis is a lot less dangerous than any other drug he could be using, overall. It could be a whole lot worse. What's the problem?
Honestly, marijuana use is a better habit to have than drinking on a regular basis.. In my opinion anyway, because for example alcohol can cause people to be violent/abusive, etc, but marijuana just causes people to laugh and eat, pretty much. The reason it's been made illegal has to do with the bureaucratical bullshit from the government.. But that's beside the point. The point is, as long as he's not the wake and bake type, I'd say don't worry about it. You said you like him, so as long as it doesn't cause him to screw up his responsibilities, then I'd say it's not a big deal.
Of course it's normal, weed is millions times better and less dangerous than alcohol.
It's completely normal to be fine with someone smoking marijuana. He's your boyfriend and you trust him. I wish more girls were like you. (except don't say "do pot"....)
Normal. You shouldn't be upset because he smokes pot. There is nothing wrong with it.
my girfriend has no problem with it at all she sometimes joins in but there is no real danger about it so dont worry its normal
It wouldn't bother you because you love him to the point that none of his bad habits affect you`
My gf and I haw been dating for 5 yrs. And I smoke on a daily basis. In no way has it affected our relationship. She does it occasionally, maybe 2 times a month. There's no reason fr weed to affect a relationship
