Is it normal that my best friend kissed me?

Hello, I`m a girl, and I live in California.
A few weeks ago my best friend and I were IMing over FaceBook and she asked if we could meet up. Of course I said yes. I told her she could come over to my place so me her and my friend Emma could have a movie night.
She agreed and about an hour later we were all in my living room picking out a movie. And I`ll admit that we were drinking a bit.
Emma fell asleep during our second movie ( witch was 'the Dictator') and me and my best friend were talking and we both wanted something to eat, so, we went to my kitchen and I was making us sandwitches when I felt her arms slide around my waist.
At first I thought she was joking around so I turned so I was facing her and started laughing.
Then she kissed me. I have had a crush on Victoria sence the day we met, and she knew it. We just stood there kissing for what only felt like seconds, but had turned out to be 15 minutes.
Then she pulled away, kissed me on the cheek and whispred in my ear. she said that I was an amazing kisser then nibbled on my earlobe.
I was about to kiss her when we heard Emma coming and Victoria scampred over to sit at the table.
Now everytime shes over were alone we cuddle and kiss but whenever I try to talk to her about it she changes the subject or refuses to talk about it...
I really like her and I don`t know what I should do... can someone please give me some advice?

    Well it sounds like she really likes you. If you two keep doing it every-time you are alone. However I think she is at the same time trying to deny it. She is not ready to admit she is gay but she likes you. First step is admitting it. She just is not there yet.
