Is it normal that my best friend is dating my niece?

My best friend, who's 20, recently started dating my 19 year old niece. But, no matter what way I think about it, it seems wrong. Plus, when I hang out with them, and they hug and kiss and such, it's really awkward for me. I try and accept that they're together, but its hard when it feels so wrong. Is it normal for me to feel this way?

    The real question is..why is your niece 19??Im guessing your what?23?So your sibling must have been like 10 when she...or he had her.(sarcasm)And if your over 30 i find it odd to have a friend whos only 20.Sigh..so many questions.

      My mom had my oldest sister when she was young, and me when she was much older. I've known my friend since I was a kid, because we went to school together.
