one day i was looking at my penis and my ballsack was all small. then the next day it was big again.

Yeah, they get softer, bigger and more elastic when they're warm, and more leathery, smaller and stiffer when they're cold. It's probably to regulate sperm temperature (which is the only reason our balls are outside our bodies in the first place).

Yup.
Try riding a motorcycle less than 30 degree(Fahrenheit) weather. Your balls will shrink so much you'll think they're non-existent.
