Is it normal that my back cracks when i do pull ups?
So I have the door gym for pull ups and I started using it over the summer, I was fine besides the fact that it was difficult to do at first. I slowed down when school started in august, and by mid fall, I completely stopped. I just started back up about a week ago (I do two sets of five just to start out again). But during the first set, my back will pop, or crack twice usually. Is it normal that this happens?
