Is it normal that my anxiety just disappeared?

I've been suffering with anxiety for a long time without any medication, just b50 vitamins and just about 3 months ago I stopped using drugs (weed, coke, MDMA). Just last week I went through a few days feeling really down then feeling really happy for no reason, now all my anxiety is gone. I haven't tryed too much to help cure my anxiety and the same stresstors are in my life. I don't want my anxiety back but I keep worrying that maybe it disapeared because of something serious like a severe mental illness. I keep mixing things up too, like what people say or what I'm doing. I just want to know what's going on...

It's a miracle! God be praised! Not really. You might have caused yourself some serious condition. Know that anxiety can also result from malfunctions of specific organs such as the liver or the heart or the stomach and can be triggered by internal methabolic events of all kinds. It works this way:the stressor causes the anxiety which triggers the psychosomatic methabolic event which makes the anxiety rise till it reaches a peak,so you start avoiding the stressor. Note:the methabolic event does not necessarily cause a separate sensation or feeling such as pain or throbbing. So you might have temporarily recovered from some unknown pathological process and this you are living could be nothing but a latency state, whatever patological process capable of worsening the anxiety is just giving you a break. It is hard to tell how much damage the drugs did so far and if it is reversible or not. Getting off drugs and taking vitamins might nnt be enough to make it better.

Wow that probably makes him/her feel a lot better, not lmao.

I tend to misinterpret a lot of what people say aswell, although I have been thinking I have AS, but still I don't think its anything to be too concerned about. It also seems like someone would be happy their anxiety "dissappeared" but ultimately its going to come back because everyone has anxiety, just enjoy being stress-free while you can.

Yeah it is better having floating around like an inflated balloon unaware of his whereabouts. Please.
