My younger sister is 15 turning sixteen and has been dating a 19 year old guy for roughly half a year. Hes always very sweet to her, cooking her meals and Always taking her out. She seems to be very happy but is it normal?
If she's happy and he is and he isn't pressuring her into anything them I don't see why not. It's hard finding happiness. And he seems really sweet so yeah normal.

They probably do not notice the age difference until someone brings it up. Learn to separate culture from reality.
Not really, my grandma met my grandpa when she was 13 and he was 18, they are still married today! She is 75 and he is now 80(:
Really, age doesn't matter so long as you love each other. If it's for ulterior motives, then there's a problem.
That's an age difference of 4 years. Add to that girls mature earlier then men and the outcome is.... Yes perfectly normal.
