Hey, I had the same thing happen. I had two neices do that....It was a tease thing I think. One of my neices and her friend were out by the pool and my neice said "lets get a full tan" her friend said "but....your uncle!' my neice said "he's cool" and they took not only their top off but every thing..........

What does greenlight mean? I've never heard that one.

Just because your niece is within your age group does not mean it's a good idea to have sex with her because incest causes a lot of genetic problems. Even if you don't have kids, one of you (probably her) will regret doing this. It is very unlikely that she is thinking about fucking you too.

To have a 23 y/o niece, I take it she is the child of a much old sibling? Anyway, its not "abnormal" that either of you would find the other attractive. But besides likely being illegal, its wrong on a lot of levels to act on those sentiments. Chances are she does NOT want to have sex with you. You should NOT have sex with her.
