Is it normal that my 13 year old niece asked me to breastfeed her?

We were led in bed just having a cuddle as we usually do, she usually does put her head on my breasts which I allow, I can feel her suckling and then she asked if it would be wrong if she wanted me to breastfeed her.. I didn't answer, but I don't know what to say to her. Shall I let her suckle on my breasts?

    Breastmilk is healthy so why ever stop. Why should age be a factor in this?

    3. Why are cuddling if you know she's prone to suckling?

    Don't tell me you're considering taking her up on this?! Tell, her "no" and why she's asking in the first place. This whole thing is odd.
