I guess we get no answer on how they know...guess its up for assumption then.put your assuming hats on and do the thinking mans pose and ponder...
Come on. Of course it is normal. They all have "peach-fuzz" if the sun is shining on it just right. Normally they don't get the dark hairs until they are older, say 11 or 12. some even later.
(I have 6 daughters, so I know) Then they often shave the bottom and leave the top.
And as a Dad and people asking how do I know? Life with 6 girls precludes any modesty in this house. They have none whatsoever. You should see it around here on "Date Night" (for the older girls)., It is a zoo! (I think they are an advanced stage of aliens)
Oh, and don't get me started on the mess or the smell or the hair in the drain!
I love having daughters! (Thank God they have their own bathroom!) Even if they are the strangest creature I have ever seen!
What exactly do you mean? Where does she have fuzz like hair? If you mean her face that's normal as long as it's not visible. If you mean "down there" it's a sign of going into puberty. But if you mean she only has fuzz on her head that's not normal at all...but I doubt that's what you mean.
Location is not important, she is entering adolescence and has a raging hormone storm inside. Take her to a doctor to check on her developmental progress and respond to any emerging needs she may have as her body changes, that you are currently unaware of.
