Is it normal that most of my weight goes to my butt (male)

I'm a 21 year old guy. I'm pretty fit, I go to the gym at least 5 times a week. I've put on about 20 pounds in the last 4 months and my butt has gotten rather large. It's bigger than a good percentage of womens' butts. Is this normal? Has any other guy experienced this?

    Some men have big booties. Some women have flat booties. Just find a woman who wants to give your big booty a good slap.

    I go back to the days of guys swimming naked in phy ed class---in high school---I had a nick name 'no butt' which was about right though of course I hated it--Luckily the nick name did not stick----though I still have butt as flat as a pan cake---guys with good butts BE PROUD!

    It's genetic. Fat distribution is not only related to gender, but to your genes as well. Some guys don't get that "pot belly" going on, instead they gain weight more like a woman, in their hips, butt, and thighs.

    However, because guys generally have wider shoulders, guys who gain weight lower down usually stay looking thinner longer than guys who gain weight on their midsection. As long as your hips don't widen past the width of your shoulders like a woman's, you'll look proportional.

    I don't think a guy with a round butt looks unattractive at all, it's better than those guys with a huge belly but little stick legs. That looks so awkward.

    It's also much healthier to gain weight where you seem to gain it, instead of around your internal organs. This is part of the reason women have a longer life expectancy.

    A lot of girls go for guys with shapely legs and buns anyway. So as long as you're building up your shoulders and deltoids as well, you have nothing to worry about.

    My only warning: some guys are such ass lovers that they don't discriminate gender when it comes to checking out booties in public XD
