Is it normal that men are afraid of bugs?

I suppose it is fairly normal, but I personally have no problems with them. If I had it my way, I would actually release jumping spiders into my home to get rid of more serious pests. Of course, visitors who did not like spiders would probably have a fit.
I suppose it is perfectly normal to fear pests such as cockroaches, I do not like them, but I am not afraid of them. This is likely because some pests are dangerous, and others are simply signs of a less-than-optimally sanitary environment.
This is stupid. ALL PEOPLE HAVE FEARS, ALL PEOPLE DO NOT LIKE CERTAIN THINGS, ALL OF US ARE HUMAN. Being male does not make you suddenly not human anymore. Just guys never talk about them.
I was a kid when I was like "Get it out" if there was a spider in my room. Now I just pick them up and throw them outside.
It's perfectly understandable. Nobody likes to be spied on. In the film, "The Conversation", the thought of bugs and spy cameras eventually gave Gene Hackman a nervous breakdown.
