That right there suggests you might not be legally old enough to engage in sexual acts with others. I would suggest waiting until you have your own place to engage in adult acts.

Because of several factors
1) maturity is important when making adult decisions
2) it's better to wait until you're paying your own way because... well frankly you need to be able to accept the responsibility of the possible outcome. If you get pregnant or get an STD who's going to pay for your care? you or your parents?
First you get semi-naked, then you swing from the chandelier, then you fall off and break your tail bone, put your clothes on, and go to the hospital to tell a nurse what you've been up to. All of this is optional, of course. Except the chandelier.
it's not normal at your age. you should at least wait until puberty. also tell your uncle to stop pressuring you and keep his dog away.
