Is it normal that left and right balls can swap around?

Please help! I was just playing with my boyfriends balls when literally I'm sure I sort of swapped them around by mistake so his left ball was on the right and his right went over to the left. I did it again so they are back on their right respective sides I think but oh my god I'm freaked out that I couuld have done some damage, is it normal? Noone else on the internet seems to have asked this question soo I'm guessing it's not normal!
My boyf's not particularly concerned, I it didn't hurt him or anything, he didn't even realise I'd swapped his balls around, but did get a bit freaked out when I told him what I'd done. So now I'm trying to find out if it's even possible to have swapped them around, and if so, what's the damage??!!

    As long as when you unswapped it you turned them the opposite motion (if you flipped them clockwise, you rotated counter-clockwize, etc..) there shouldn't be anything to worry about. If he wakes up not being able to pisss and his balls hurt he should see a doctor. If anything was twisted he should be feeling at least minor discomfort.
