I masturbate sometimes, and not once have I ejaculated, i figure its because i dont use some sort of lubricant to do so. But i've tried twice, and it still did not work.. Is this normal?

I didn't used to when I first started but I think it was because I was too young and wasn't producing the goods yet. On the plus side, it meant multiple orgasms (I think seven in ten minutes was my record).
