No it's definitely not normal. See a psychologist immediately. This sounds very scary!

It could be something as simple as you seeing a movie liek that when you were a child and it continues to haunt you subconciously. I know ever since I watched 'last house on the left' I think it was called, I've been afraid of rape. Wasn't an issue before that lol I actually avoid seeing rape scenes in movies now, it's very disturbing. I've been warned to not watch girl with the dragon tattoo or whatever lol

Maybe theres an hidden meaning in it. Talk to your family about it and when your dreaming try to do something about it. Maybe its coming back over and over so you can overcome it, like a test fight back. Rem sleep is a time where anything can happen and the outcome can change easily by what you do and since you keep geting it over and over try different things in you dream to overcome it. Come on! You can do it fight back dont give up you can overcome anything as long as you put your heart into it!

Same here when someone in my family Ed married or have babies there added to the dream iv only woken up once with a bleeding scratch on my arm but I have welled scratched on my chest a lot

This has happened to me since I was 3. Im in a big family and we all die horribly. I die last and I feel the pain. Then I wake up with blood on my arm.

Yeah like I'm half asleep but half awake and I'll even try to scream in that state but I can't it's really scary and it even happens in other nightmares I have but all the nightmares I have I can't move or speak just like in the one iv had since I was four one time I couldn't even wake up from the dream :/

The part where you talk about waking up but not being able to move, that sounds like sleep paralysis. Not normal!

I've been to one and they said it was repressed memories but that freake me out more I just want answers u think hypnotism would work
