Is it normal that it hurt when he finished in me?

Me and my boyfriend have been dating for a year and a half and have been having sex for almost as long. I started using the birthcontrol pill a little over a month ago. Today since I've been on it for a month a week we decided to try letting him finish inside me. It felt fine when he finished and I didn't feel it but as soon as he took it out it felt was it was burning horribly. I tried laying down but it didn't do much so I took a shower and it helped only a little. I'm laying down now and it's been about 30-40 min and it still burns a little. Is this normal?

    I heard that it's possible to actually be allergic to someone's sperm. I would go to the doctor to get it checked out.
