Is it normal that it burns when i have sex?

i use to use condoms to have sex but about 3 weeks ago i decided to go on the pill which is fine in most ways but since the first time i stopped using condoms my vagina has been sore and raw and sometimes itch and very uncomfortable sometimes it feels quite swollen. its not just during sex though its sore all the time i think it might be because i am not lubed up enough anymore whilst having sex and its leaving me with some sore of friction burn but i just wanted to as is this normal after you stop using condoms?

    It might be a reaction to the pill itself. I'd go see a doctor or a gyno asap

    alergic to semen? some people are.... I really couldn't tell you without a closer look and some "tests"

    I would recommend talking to your ob/gyn about this.

    I mean if it was just "not enough lube during sex" then ... that'd be one thing (and yes easily fixable with lubricants). However you said it's also burning and itching when you're not active too.

    You might want to make sure you don't have an infection - yeast, UTI, STD. Remember, the pill only works as birth control - it doesn't prevent STDs.
