Alright I am a bit of a pervert I will admit that. However I hate that this is assumed! Whenever I watch anime or order anime on the internet they will recommend any anime they have on stock. Generally they send me the most perverted stuff on the market and I just have to wonder why! I could be purchasing Naruto and it recommends Hentai. I just wonder what the fuck is going on here! I mean I not trying to be a pervert but it assumes I am one since I bought a season of Naruto! What the fuck!!!! Why internet WHY!!!

    I don't see Hentai as perverted. It's one of the most vanilla things there is since you don't see any flesh for real. I don't even get how one can get off from this.

      No I dont. Also the sites that send me this stuff I have never search anything perverted on. I don't watch hentai though. I prefer to read a filthy novel.

      You know I did not think of that. That makes more sense than them just going on my history. If they are going by what gender the anime is targeted towards that would make more sense. Also I hated Beowulf. I don't see the point in that movie. Yes lets what a naked idiot scream and run around.

        and why would you buy naruto, that's dumb, #1 that show isn't really that good, to be honest, some of the worst pacing in an amine, even worse then bleach and DBZ. and #2 that so popular it super easy assessable and for free as long as you have internet for streaming

        I mean there are way better anime you can find just on Netflix if you have an account

          I liked naruto at the start. Till after he beat Gaara. After he beat gaara it went down hill. It started good enough and no I did not buy naruto. It had a interesting story plot and characters. It started out great but I will admit the amount of fillers was very excessive.

          I bought stuff like that which would generally be considered lite hearted or kid/teen stuff. I watch stuff like fruit basket, One piece, and dragon ball z Deathnote, naruto, zatchbell, shukugan no shana. So most main stream stuff since I dont like reading subtitles. None of that falls under Hentia.

          Where do I read Beowolf? Is there a book? I only saw the movie and it was kind of stupid. I understand hes trying to be macho but is running around naked really needed?

            the first part is the story of him and Grendel, I read in a childrens mythology book when I was a youngling, but this keep going into his other stories as well

    I've only recently realised that there is anime for adults that isn't porn, when ever I think of anime the first thing that coes to mind is a scantily dressed young girl wrappedin tentacles.

    I think it's because people like to make fun of eachother, so are more likely to publise in a mocking light the more perverted genres of anime, making people how know little about it instatnly associate all anime with porn.

    So basically yes, it is normal for people on the internet to think that an adult who loves anime loves it for dirty reasons, not always acurate, but normal,
