Is it normal that indians generally dislike black people?

I will really like to know what Indians think about black people, I'm a black international student studying in India, i try to ignore it but it seems like each time i walk past any group of Indians and i turn back to look i see them laughing at me, not just on campus do i experience this everywhere. while searching for an apartment to live, after searching effortlessly it took the sympathy of one of the house agents i met to tell me that a prominent Indian in the locality specifically directed all the house agents not to give houses to black people, and lots more that i can't even explain, sometimes i lock myself indoors and i only go out at nights, so i wanna know is this normal or its just racism generally accepted by society?

    Yeah, normal shit. Its not that they hate us but they have this issue with their self about skin color so ignore them. Indians have a lot of self-hatred. You should look up Indians and skin bleaching, they are worse than Japanese, us blacks, and Jamaicans when it comes to self-hatred and wanting lighter skin. People are just really fucking evil and hateful and need to realize that life is way too short and precious than to be worried about one's skin color. Anyway, Indians are sooo ugly and weird looking.

    But indians are not white. They are coloured people. How can they behave like that??? I think that ignorance is a disease

    it all has to do with the stereotypical black person ruining the outlook that this Indian culture has on Africans through selfishness

    I had no idea that black people where frowned upon in India, I guess you learn something new every day! Is it just because of you skin color or is it black people from your country of origin? (I only ask because I didn't know this and i'm curious as to why)
