Is it normal that im upset because my boss doesn't talk to me.

My boss never speaks to me, not even just to say hi. He doesn't even engage in eye contact or smile. It makes me really uncomfortable to ask him for anything even though I know I do a good job.

And every night when I finish he follows me home in his white van and just stares inside my bedroom with his binoculars, I go outside to try talk to him but he just drives off and comes back later.

And recently his bought a caravan and parked it on my driveway and set up a outdoor shower, tent and monkey bars and I cant even get my car off the driveway as his put all his stuff on my driveway and lawn.

It's really bothering me. what can I do?
