Is it normal that im this age & dont enjoy what others do

i would like to know others opinions on this, ok im a 23 yr old american girl.. single, with no kids etc... people tell me i look like the party type cus i am a attractive looking girl! But yet i have no urge or interest for partying, club scene, drinking/drugs/smoking, & ive also been on a celibite vow this last year that i have kept!! the simple things in life make me happy... & im also a religous type, i go to services each friday night! is this a total rare for someone like me at this age OR is it just maybe where im living at? ive even chosen to not be around people my age cus of my diffrence in life style for people my age in my area... i am normal or not?

    There are far more people that don't party than there are people that do part, you just hear more about the "party animals" nowadays. I'm quite the antisocial type and the idea of "partying" just makes me sigh. I never understood what is so great about dancing terribly, next to sweaty dancers, to terrible music, with a terrible price for drinks. I don't drink but I've heard that it's very expensive to get a drink in clubs.

    Drinks - Expensive.
    People - Rubbing their sweat all over you.
    Music - Terrible music.
    Personal space - None.

    I never understood why people like it. I think the majority of them only like it because it's the "cool" thing to do nowadays.

    My mother has always said that I have been mature since birth and you seem that way too. If you believe in it maybe this isn't you first life...

    I admire you: you're doing what you want to do, instead of following the crowd! Plus, drinking in excess, drugs and smoking are bad for your health, so yeah, I'd say it's in your best interests to avoid them!

    As for the religious stuff, I'm not religious myself, but if it makes you happy keep it up!

    It's great that you're not another sheep! :)
