my bf and i hav been dating for last two and a half years. initially we were in a long distance so it didnt work well. he loved me a lot but i dumped him because i didnt love him. sometimes he kept calling me and tried to win me back but i wouldnt budge. during this period he made a female best friend who supported him throughout the break up period. she even started liking him but then ofcourse he wanted to limit his relationship with her till friends because he loved me.they were really close and kept on talking till long hours. he started calling her with all affectionate and cute names. now when we are back together and im madly in love with him he still calls that girl with same names and i feel really hurt.
i told him about this but he tells me to understand their pure relationship of "best friends". i know my bf will not cheat on me but still i get hurt when he calls that girl with same names as me.

    Seems to me like you kind of deserve it you messed with him, and now you want him to get rid of his best friend. Beacuse you are jealous grow up and i hope he wakes up and dosen't do anything stupid.

    I think that it is normal for you to be jealous- i say that, if you really love him and trust him, then you shouldn't have to worry about his bestfriend.

    Let them be best friends. There no harm if you trust him! She was there for him when you initially hurt him and he's not just gunna cut her off cos you've taken him back. Is it your own jealousy that insists he cut her off because you think he actually will run off with her?!

    i have the same situation with my boyfriend so i completely understand.
    i get jealous and pissed all the time, especially when they call each other little nicknames. i'll just look at him like wtf? lol but, we've talked, he says the same thing "she's my bestfriend" so its 100% normal to get upset about it.
    but dont let it bother you. if he's as great as a guy as you make him out to be then i wouldnt worry :)

    He needs to cut ties. If he has you he doesn't need close female friends.
