Is it normal that im getting raped in a dream?

Ive noticed this just recently but every fullmoon before I go to bed I have this weird feeling in my stomach. After i brushed my good looking teeth and went to bed I end up caught in a dream where i feel like im being penetrated by something big in the anal region. As it turns out its a fat white whale with red eyes trying to impregnate me on a beach even though Im male!! IS IT NORMAL TO HAVE DREAMS LIKE THIS? AND IF NOT PLEASE HELP ME!!!
