If that's all you're drinking within those 3-5 days, you're not consuming nearly enough liquids. You're supposed to drink nearly 3L of water a day just to be healthy.

You could always flavor it! It's what I did when I used to hate water. Crystal Lite has a lot of flavors and I enjoy them. They don't have sugar and only have something around 5 calories.

Personally, I prefer the Wal-Mart brand of the fruit punch and the cherry. They taste like candy and it's hard not to suck down an entire bottle in no time. The Crystal Lite ones a bit stronger and overwhelming in taste.

You know how you really need to quench that thirst right? Yeah, you know it. Blood.

First off, I'd try water instead. If you find it too bland, try fizzy water. Secondly, I'd up the amount you are drinking. You should be taking in 2.5-3 litres per day (although you can get about half of this from what you eat). If you eat a lot of fruit, you don't need as much water. If you eat a lot of dried food, you may need to drink the whole 2.5-3 litres as liquids.

As a teenager, I was supposed to take in gallon a day to help manage my syncope, not including what I got from food. It was miserable. If anybody ever tells you to do that, tell them "no".

I've done the same with beer. It was anything but miserable, though. :P

Your not drinking enough, and soda is not what you're supposed to drink everyday. Drink water and stay healthy!

Sugar is the reason why your mouth gets dry. Try drinking more plain water. It's the only liquid that will quench your thirst. And it's better for u too. It has alot if health benefits.

Sugars can be passed through the body very quickly as it's considered a waste product. If you drink water, and in smaller increments it migth help your thirsty feeling. If you drink it all at once you'll pee it out quickly. If you drink a little at a time it will give your body time to absorb it

Change what you're drinking to water. If the thirst continues it'll be the best to contact your doctor.
