Im barely 18 and i like men who arent my age... It could be anywhere from 25-55 yrs old... Im too afraid to show interest sober and my only chance to not be sober is at high school parties... Where no older men are! Am i just screwed until im 21 or is there a better way!?
Very normal. You might get a chance, you can't tell the future. Just practice very light flirting with older men you find attractive. Build up your confidence. This is a skill you're going to need anyway. Many older men might be hesitant to respond well to you if your drunk bc they may think it's only bc your drunk. Esp. If you don't act similarly afterward when your sober. Ya know?
I'm sure things will work out for you, probably sooner than you think, just give it time.
yeah i feel the same as well , i think its normal , just have to be careful i guess on how old your going , because they might take advantage of you . I'm from England so i can't empathize with the not legal to go out yet, because im 18 now and that's our drinking age. But doesn't mean that older men aren't in any other places , you may meet a more genuine older guy some place other than a bar with alcohol involved.
I wonder, the females who commented here who are into the older guys, are any of you in the St. Louis area ? I am an older guy that had online, phone and text conversations a few years back with an extremely intelligent, mature, and fun to talk with young lady who told me she was into older guys, AND as a bonus- She LOVED the idea of me being a crossdresser also.
You don't have to have everything in common to have a good relationship, and you don't have to have ANYTHING in common to have good sex. What you like is what you like, and nobody can tell you it's wrong as long as everyone involved is a consenting adult.
I'm an older guy (47) who loves younger women. I find them delightfully open-minded, fun, and unspoiled compared with women my own age. . . and I like to be with someone who is young and hot enough for me to physically worship in bed.
The problem for me is that I feel like I can't make the first move on the women I'm interested in, for fear of being creepy. I'm up for a relationship but not clingy or jealous or needy, so if a young woman is interested, she just needs to let me know, and let me know what her boundaries are.

Well it depends on why you like older men. If it's because they have more access to alchohol or something then hey go to a college party or something. But if you like them because of how mature they are then get involved in like community service or something. I happen to love them because they're mature and sexy and I'm 19. Either way I think it's normal.
Try to go to college parties, more often than not there's 40-something men there trying to score with a younger chick! ;)
I don't know about you but the legal age where I live is 18. I'll be 19 next month and my boyfriend of over 2 years is 20. We have a 6 month old baby. I guess given the circumstances this wouldve been a problem some place else :/..never really thought about it..sorry oh. But I'm guessing 18 isn't considered legal where you live?
I am EXACTLY like you. I'm 18, and like men in around the same age bracket. However, I actually do have something going with a 33 year old man right now, but people are suspecting stuff, so my family makes a big fuss and has pretty much ruined things. It's a hard life being how we are. I guess it is wiser to wait until you are in you 20s.
