Is it normal that if people don't answer the phone i won't go?

It doesn't matter where I'm going nor does it matter when I'm going . If someone tells me to go somewhere and when I get close to the place they don't answer the phone, I'll just leave. I don't care even if I saw that they are there, but if they don't answer the phone and just say like "ok See ya there" i will leave.

    We could never be friends. I refuse to answer my phone unless it's life or death.
