Is it normal that i worry about the increasing age of family members.

I am the youngest member of my family. I always worry about the increasing age of my family members especially about my mom and dad. Even I don't want to imagine that one day they will get so older that they can't do any work of themselves. It is applicable to all of my family members and close relatives. I always wonder about a thing which can keep them young forever.

I worry about it too. I think you reach a point in life when you realize time is absolutely relentless, and that someday you will have to face the death of loved ones. It is scary, sad, and depressing, but know that you are not alone.

My parents are pretty old (they're both in their 60's and I'm 20) and I worry about my dad ALL the time especially since he battled cancer a couple of years ago. I can't stop thinking about how they're just getting older, to the point where I'm even getting worried about my dog.
So yeah, totally normal. Totally sucks.

wow! I have the exact same fear, except my fear is very close to the reality I am the youngest in my family my mom's health is failing rapidly and eventhough I am trying to prepare myself I am scared about having to see all my love ones die as I grow older. Only comfort I have is seeing the next generation in front of me i.e. my kids and other nieces and nephews.
