Is it normal that i wonder what it'd be like to fall down the stairs?

While walking down the stairs i get a strong urge to over step the next step in hopes of falling down them. Is this normal?

It's really hard to fall down the stairs on purpose, because then your brain already knows you will fall down and adjusts your body so you don't feel much pain (like you subconsciously avoid corners because you see it coming). For it to really hurt it has to be unexpected like you trip over your foot when you really didn't want to.

That sounds painful. Good idea if you want to be injured or dead, which I would NOT recommend.

Me and my brother used to throw ourselves downstairs inside sleeping bags wrapped up with cushions. You could always try that. I know it sounds stupid, but it was actually kind of fun, and entertainment was in short supply in our house.

  • I fell down the stairs when I was a baby luckily didn't break anything or cry but I found out recently my coyx is bent funny they think I might have cracked it when I fell down the stairs and it repaired itself in that shape when I sit down it is like sitting on a triangle and I sit funny because of it and it looks like I have no table manners I am having an operation when the NHS gets around to sorting it(I'm from the uk so it's free health care :D) but trust me you do not want to have this and next year if the bone is still not sorted driving a car will be difficult ( 17 to drive in uk but 18 to drink alcohol sorry I just like my country)
