Is it normal that i will still eat food one week after it expires?

If only others were more like you; so much perfectly good food goes to waste every year in the U.S. alone it's heartbreaking.

Depends! If you are talking Cans no problemo. But Meat fish and so on you can be really ill dude!

Yes it is normal, if you didn't know expirey dates aren't always correct however people still throw away the food even though it is okay to eat, the things to look out for are signs of the food/drink going off not the expirey date!:)
