Is it normal that i will never watch bizzare foods again?

Ok so today I was watching bizzare foods with Andrew zimmern and he was in Trinidad and Tobago. He was in the woods with an African tribe and one of them pointed a gun in a tree and just shot a frigging iguana!!! Idk why but this made me soooo pissed!!! And then they took it back to their hut and boiled it! It felt like I had an emotional connection with this lizard or something and I litteraly had tears in my eyes afterwards. Please tell me, is this normal?

Why don't you feel the same for cows? After all, both humans and cows are mammals, but lizards aren't. So unless they're eating endangered species, I'm OK with it.

i hunt wild game an eat it for survival. Call me a hillbilly, but i would rather the animal have lived a good life, free and prosperous, with lots of chances to mate and secure progeneration before i wipe it off the face of the earth. BTW, after having hunted game, that stuff from supermarkets tastes fake.

I really love Andrew. Don't hate me... The thing with the iguana was really sad, though.

I get SO tired of Andrew Zimmern's BS (the thing with the iguana also pissed me off) and i especially hate Anthony Bourdain. That man is such a piece of shit.

I really hate the whole "oh it's part of our culture so that makes it ok" bulls***. I am in no way someone who believes in "Americanizing" or "westernizing" the rest of the world or their cultures, but god damn, COME ON. Just because it's been a "tradition" in that culture for hundreds of years doesn't mean it's just magically "ok". F*** that sh**. Some bullshit when humans try to come up with excuses for thier lowest behavior.

Also, it's one thing for the culture to be doing it, but it's another thing when some american asshole comes along with his camera and million dollar contract and feeds off of it like those two douches.
