Is it normal that i wear women's clothing as a fetish?

So back when I was a kid, seeing women wearing skirts always gives me this weird sensation or feeling that I can't really explain or describe. But fast forward, a few years later as a teenager when I was a freshmen in high school, I've snucked into my parent's room for whatever reason and I saw my mom's suit skirt just laid across the bed. Nobody's home at the time and I wanted to know what wearing a skirt feels like, so I put it on. The instant I did it, I got an erection and some kind of sexual pleasure. Every once in a while when they're not home, I sneak into their room and steal one of my mom's skirts for a day and return it sooner that day before she notices anything missing from her closet and they've never caught me 'till this day. Not that I'm gay or anything or even WANT to be a girl, but this just feels so right for me. That's when I realized that I might have some crossdressing fetish or shit. The shorter the skirt, the better. I've even started buying one of my own and just lie to clerks that I'm giving it to my girlfriend. I don't get it from the same store twice just to be sure they won't recognize me each time I purchase any. Anyway, let me repeat myself. I AM A HETEROSEXUAL MALE AND BEFORE YOU ASK, I DO NOT HAVE ANY PLANS ON GETTING ANY TRANSEXUAL SURGERY OR SOME SHIT.
