    Go to the laundry room of an apartment building. Steal a wet pair of panties out of running washing machine. Throw some coins into the wash water to partially pay for what you have stolen.

    Its quite normal to do this. Panties are usually nice and soft and fluffy touching the skin and look pretty. I would avoid getting caught in possesion of your mothers panties though
