Is it normal that i was given a choice but i don't get to choose?

It all started with a question (of course) and I was given choices by my parents.
I pointed out what I wanted and later on they complain. I pointed out another one and yet they complain again. I wanted to choose A but they wanted me to take B. Then they get mad if I don't follow them.
THE FUCK is wrong with these people? Whats the point of giving me choices if I don't get to choose?

WHO Doesn't get annoyed with these types of situations.

Are my parents normal? shouldn't adults know what they are doing?

    Well sometimes they just want to see what kind of choices you make, or maybe you need to voice your opinion or choice a little bit louder, don't let them run you over. You could also tell them what they are doing, they may not notice they are even doing it!

    Umm arent you also and adult and yes they are probadly normal and you do have a choice one of them will just make them angry still that does not mean you cant take it...
