My 2 best friends were dating each other and I was like the third wheel. The thing was that I wanted them to break up. I don't know why I just wanted them to. I think because of me I ruin the relationship. I don't know if I like him or not I am just confused. Did I do the right thing? Or was I just being selfish.

No-one likes being the the third wheel and it would really suck if they were all-over each other when they were with you and made you feel excluded.
Sounds like you are a bit jealous, and that's completely normal. It's never fun being the third wheel.
Maybe find another friend? I'm not talking about a replacement for your current friends. I'm just saying find another person that you have good chemistry to bring along when you hang out with your friends so you don't feel left out. And you never know, maybe this new person you find will become very special to you! And then all four of you could go out and have a fun time together as a group! :)
I completely understand why you would want them to break up! Being the third wheel sucks. And more if they are your best friends and you feel excluded. But if they are your friends; you should care about their happiness too. I am not sure i understand if they have broken up already or not? But anyway; if they do/did I bet they aren't / weren't feeling very happy and you won't like that, as their friend, either.
