I don't know why but I've wanted to kick a boy in his balls and maybe squeeze them a little. I'd never do it to any guy without their permission of course, is it normal to want to do that? (I'm also a boy by the way)

    Some guys are daring enough to let you do that to them with their permission and if you look hard enough you could find some guys like them( in my opinion those guys are insane)but their choice.

    Sounds like a fetish to me, which is normal.
    Just find a partner who's also into it, make sure there's plenty of consent, and do some research so it's safe.
