Don't limit yourself, especially if you are having thoughts and desires to have sex with another guy. And you don't have to think of it as "gay sex." It's quite normal these days for perfectly straight guys to explore the limits of their own sexual boundaries, despite what others may think. Live your life as you've always done, but consider finding a good friend or someone you trust to share your thoughts, and possibly a nice discrete relationship.
You only live once. Why deny yourself experiences, if those experiences hurt no-one else? You should go ahead and do it. Play safe, though!

I lived my life willing to try any & everything once. Including sex. With men.
