Is it normal that i want to stab my pimples with a glowing splint?

Basically, I have the urge to take a sharp needle, heat it up until it's glowing like melting metal but still solid, then jab my zits with them. I'm not planning on doing it, but is it normal that I have the urge to do so?

    The scars you would get from this would be absolutely terrible!

      Yeah, but at least it would destroy the pimple.

        See a dermatologist, or get some acne meds over the counter, they will also destroy the pimple. And they won't cause huge scars and infection!

    You should bathe in acid, it too helps acne
