Is it normal that I want to see every womans breasts so I can related their face or nationality or personality to figure out the type of nipples they have.....

Well, that's certainly one reason. Although the honest approach often works better. I'd say: "I want to see everyone's nipples because I really like nipples and seeing them gives me a thrill".
