Is it normal that i want to sail the sea?

I REALLY want to get a sufficient, ocean-faring sailboat (or build one), make it a living area, and sail across the world many times as well as visiting countries such as Australia (Yes, I know it's a continent but it acts as a country too), New Zealand, Ireland, Iceland, England, etc. I'd rather live a life of many adventures and voyages than a boring, typical life of everyday drugery, tax-paying, and staying home (The life that MOST people live). Unless I ever get rich though, I don't know how I'm going to make that a reality (Plus I'd probably need a crew to help me with the ship should the boat be too big for me to manage alone). That and the ocean is a very dangerous place so I'd probably just get myself killed. But the urge to go sailing is strong. I don't want to join the Navy though (Even if I wanted to, it's likely they wouldn't let me in due to Asperger's). I'm female, btw. Do you have any advice for me?

    I want to explore the universe. Both are equally fascinating worlds, and there are many aspects to them that remain a mystery. It's perfectly normal to desire this.

    Like the sailor said: " I joined the Navy to sea the world.And what did i see ? ..I saw the ocean !!"

    I believe sailing for days on end will me more than boring. I had a fishing boat for a few years which was quite fun (apart from the heavy running costs),however even being on the sea for 2 days wasn`t so much fun. Just water around you and sometimes nothing to catch.

    Like i used to dream abt being stranded on an island - untill i found out how hot and humid those tropical islands are..

    Read books abt it, talk to people on internet who sail to see if you would like the real deal and not the imaginary romantic idea you have.

    Nothing wrong with dreaming btw.
