Is it normal that i want to raise some of the best meat in the world?

It is my goal to eventually raise some of the finest meat animals in the world via superior genetics and exceptional and innovative diet. Beef, veal and lamb and possibly some fowl.

    Yes, it's normal. The way to raise good meat animals is feed them a natural diet, i.e., the foods they would normally eat, instead of processed food pumped full of growth hormones and other junk.
