Is it normal that i want to pose nude for my dad

So let me explain. My Dad's a professional photographer. Every year on my birthday he's done a photo shoot of me. Once the pictures are developed we go over them and pick one to use as my birthday picture and he puts that in a special scrapbook. It has nineteen pages, one for the day I was born and my first 18 birthdays. I'm now coming up on my 18th birthday. The very first picture was taken not long after I was born so naturally I'm naked in that. I'm fully clothed in the next 17 pictures. Since this year will be the last and final photo I was trying to think of something different or special to do and I thought, hey, since I'm nude in the very photo, why not pose nude for the last one? I thought it would serve as a nice bookend for the whole set.

Is that weird? Our family's pretty normal and I don't he's seen my nude since I was about so I'm not sure how he'd feel about it. I don't think my mom would approve but they're divorced now and since I'll be 18 there's really not much she can do about it. To be clear, I'm talking about a nice tasteful, artful nude pose, nothing erotic or explicit obviously. What do you think?

update: I'm female in case that wasn't obvious.

    I still think even though your intentions might be pure it's a toxic situation. I would not offer the same to my mother. Besides, why is this the last one?

    And wouldn't you want the picture to be more representative of you becoming a woman. Getting naked for your 18th photo would be obviously sexual because you are legal. I'm sure you can be more creative than that.

    Thats wierd, if you want everyone that views your album to see your birthday suite with pubes and all then hey go for it. And if you want your dad to examine your privates, thats just sick.

    As someone who draws nudes, i think your dad would be able to maintain a limp dick while photographing you. I'm not a male though so i can't speak from that perspective. Personally, I would never want to be in such a situation with my dad, but my dad is not your dad. However, if my daughter ever asked me to do this I wouldn't mind, nor be weirded out or be unprofessional in any way.

    I believe some artists have naughty thoughts when working with nudes. Yes, some most certainly do and that's creepy voyeurism. But most ought to be psychologically trained to not view this as a sexual thing. On the other hand, artists are only human and can sometimes get unwelcomed sexual thoughts.

    I don't think this is as weird as everyone else does, but at the same time it's not normal. Maybe do some research and find out how many artists have worked with their nude offspring.

    This is so stupid. Clearly, you know it's weird because of your title. "Is it normal that I want to pose nude for my dad", who the fuck says that? Are you thinking of posing nude for your dad, or for the fucking birthday pictures? If it's the latter, you have deeper rooted issues.
    Ridiculous.

    It's completely normal. I started modeling when I was 16 and when I turned 18 I wanted pose nude and do my first nude photo shoot with my father. He is a professional photographer and draws nudes, since then I have posed nude for him numerous times.

    If you do what some ppl do for nude photoshoots and covee your breast and vagina, then yeah, thats normal. It is a little wierd to do that in front of your dad, but if its not sexuall and your dad doesnt stare towards your breasts after, then I would say thats normal
