Is it normal that i want to masturbate every day?

So, I enjoy masturbating and I will be the first to admit it. Usually right as I'm going to bed, I end up getting my stuff together (( porn and the such )) and get to it.

I've talked with my friends before and asked them how many times a week they masturbate and they usually say they go at it about three or four times a week, which makes me feel a tad dirty.

Is this normal? I know that if I wanted to stop, it'd be pretty hard because I feel that it's such a routine.
