Title says it all really. I know this is pretty hypocritical, that I have sex but I only want to marry a virgin. It just feels a bit more special that way. Is this weird?
I was the same way and ended up getting what I wanted. For me it was about keeping things special and having dated a lot of slutty girls I didn't want that type of baggage in my marriage. It may be a double-standard I agree but that is life and in the end if you're not happy in your marriage you won't last.

wow, theres people on this website saying that having sex with their mum, sister, father, cat, dog etc is normal but wanting to marry a virgin despite being a non virgin is abmormal. jheeze people these days
I'm a virgin and I kinda wanna marry a guy that isn't. Seems weird, I guess it's normal both ways.
Of course it's normal to want that. However, if you really want someone who's a virgin, you should at least give them the same courtesy. Consider becoming a born-again virgin.
I don't get the whole virgin thing. While I'm not saying it's cool to be a total slutbag, sexual compatibility is very important to a healthy relationship, and sex is very important for health. What's so great about marrying a virgin, anyway? If I'm going to spend the rest of my life with someone, she sure as hell better know what the eff she's doing in bed.
Considering the average age of marriage is getting closer to 30- you are asking for some very frustrated females. No one wants that.

I probly wont get married as i don't believe in the institution, but if i ever would, i would wanna be her first, but there is no way in hell she is gonna stay a virgin till the wedding night :P
I can understand why you want to, even though it's not really my preference. And it's fine, as long as you don't settle for someone you don't really like just because she's a virgin, and let the potential love of your life slip through your fingers just because she's lived a little.
